PaNorAmA 24A 09December87
Disk one from the December Programmer's Meeting.
Disk Contents:
AddIcon1.0:
Here is a utility program which will create an icon for files
which do not already have them. You give it the name of the
directory you want to be scanned and it does the rest. Works from
both Workbench and the CLI. Binary only, but a complete starter
set icon inventory is given.
Author: Don Meyer.
BasicProgs:
Some more AmigaBASIC programs. LeastSquare solves least squares
problems and graphs the results. Curves is a demo of one use for
LeastSquare (find curves to fit a set of points). Freud is a
Freudian analysis program. Includes source, needs AmigaBASIC from
Extras.
Author: George Trepal
DrunkenMouse:
Another cute program in the tradition of "display hacks".
Includes source in C and assembler.
Author: Alex Livshits
GravityWars2.0:
An updated version of GravityWars which add planets and sound.
See if you can blast the Klingons before they destroy the
Enterprise. Note that you will need a stack size of at least
10000 to run it from the CLI.
Author: Ed Bartz.
Print1.1:
Another program that will be handy for printing documentation and
source code files on your printer. Print automatically adds page
numbers and a date stamp at the top of each page. CLI support
only, but a primitive AmigaDos pattern matching can be used to
specify file names. Binary and documentation only.
Author: Vincent M. Hopson.
Uedit2.3:
The latest version of a shareware word processor and editor that
looks pretty friendly and has a lot of nice features. The
features include an on-line Help and a Teach mode, highly
configurable - customize your colors and even the menus.
Author: Rick Stiles.
WBLander:
Use the arrow key to land the Workbench Suttlecraft before the
mean UFO bandit zaps you. This is an update which allows you to
hear your thrusters, and also has a surprise ending for sucessful
pilots.
Author: Peter Da Silva, Karl Lehenbauer.

Special thanks to Charlie Gibbs and Larry Phillips. Without Charlie we
wouldn't be able to copy two disks at these meeting, and Larry supplies
the material for at least one disk each month - sometimes for both.
